General Information:
    • What to Bring: Towels and a robe are provided for those enjoying a facial or boty treatment.  Slippers are provided for those booking packages.  Alternatively you will need to wear appropriate footwear or bare feet during your visit.  WT staff will be pleased to advise you on appropriate dress should you have any concerns.

    • Medical Advice: Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments available. 

    • Relaxation: We want you to enjoy the tranquil and relaxing environment that the WT Spa offers.  We therefore request that you ensure that your mobile phone is on silent at all times whilst in the Spa 

    • Payment & Cancellation Policy: Credit or debit card detils will be taken to secure your booking, however treatments will not be charged until your day of visit.  A 24 hour cancellation period is required or full payment will be required.

    • Packages: Our special programmes are very popular.  We can tailor make any package of your choice.  To ensure you secure the day of your choice, we strongly recommend that you allow a minimum of two weeks to book your Spa package.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all package bookings.
